My complaint:
IN SEPTEMBER 2020 Booking.com advised us that a voucher for 540 euro was available from the hotel
After many phone calls, e mails to the hotel and several discussions with Booking.com. The voucher has NOT been provided.The hotel offer to help us make a booking in April 2022 is unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
The time for a voucher from this hotel has well and truly past.
A refund is the only solution
