My complaint:
We stayed at hotel indigo last night as part of a rewards night, we were really excited and always wanted to stay here. We had such a bad night here. When we arrived we felt as though we was being rushed in check in and felt like it was rude. We had some type of stain on our quilts on the bed and felt upset. The noise from the hotel especially next door was loud and there was arguing and shouting which meant we didn’t get a good sleep. We felt so upset. My partner has anxiety and we felt we couldn’t say anything, this has been a horrible night fot us and we would like this resolved and would like our points back that we had used for the rewards night. This is so upsetting.

We would like this problem fixing please and our points back.
