My complaint:
When we checked in the room we booked was not available. We needed 2 queen beds. They gave us another room of one king bed and a pull out sofa. The mattress of sofa is literally 2 inches thick. We asked for another room and we were told there was none available. The AC in room doesn’t work. You couldn’t open any windows cause the either have no screens or will not stay up and slam shut. No extra blankets were given. There was no toilet paper in room and only one set us towels. After 2 hours still no resolve, no toilet paper, no towels, and no fan or fixing of AC.
Suggested solution:
Our room should of been comped. They should of called to inform us that our room was not available (for whatever reason).
