My complaint:

My lease was up and I decided to purchase my car. I called Honda and was told I should send payoff and include sales tax. I made appointment to get my last free oil change and service. They have check lists to let you know of any issues. I talked to my sales person and let her know I was going to purchase. She wanted to see what they could offer me. They came back with an absurd number and I walked away to await my cars service being done. The sales person approached me and said if the amount was my payoff plus tax plus $1400 for an extended warranty would I buy the car.

I agreed since they told me my warranty was basically done after the three year lease. Two weeks later I went back to get a refund on the warranty because I was going to get a different car. Imagine my surprise and shock when I was told I didn’t pay for a warranty as I was told. I paid for an inspection that cost $900. They did not do anything except my service snd I did not agree to an inspection. They lied and were totally unethical. My bank that I was approved at and Honda itself only asked for the payoff and tax. I will post and badmouth this dealership to all that will listen

Suggested solution:

Give me my money that they lied about to get me to buy from them.
