My complaint:
This is the worst stay ever.. Your Columbus location must be budget stay.
1. Refrigerator and freezer didn’t work
2. Roaches thru hotel
3. Air conditioner don’t work
4. Wash clothes with holes in it
5. Front desk want to help, but must be overwhelmed
That saying the other hotel say, we’ll leave the light on…. we’ll I have to so the Roaches stay at a minimum..
Now before I leave next week, I have to shake out everything and put in trash bags so I won’t take any of your residents with me…
This is very sorry…. I’m going to do my review and let the public know, if they want to experience urban nasty living hen come here..
