My complaint:
I was targeted and harassed and wrongly put out for being a transgender female in a hotel full of heterosexual the front desk clerk Becka never asked or contacted me about the false complaint that was made they show favorites and also spreading gossip and getting involved in personal matters that don’t involve management or staff the woman in 128 has a cat when there not allowed due to spraying multiple people are there illegally because Becka from front desk also her child and her partners Natashas children in room 200are throwing rocks in parking are disrespectful to all tenants and getting away with several things because Becka has them thinking that there immune because she has the authority people need their place and one should be able to talk or laugh in there rooms without being wrongly evicted due to hear say and not once was I approached or brought to my attention like real upper management supposed to I was just told to vacate the room and threatened with the police for normal noise and the way she talk to people is not good I watched her completely talked disrespectful to the staff and Rhonda Harris a night time staff member does everything professionally she is the only staff that’s fair and the only staff member that handles the real problems in the building while Becka steadily bringing her personal issues and wrongfully putting out the non problem tenants such as myself please help and it always seems to be people of color that’s not getting a fair chance and all her family stays at the hotel and gets special privileges that does not apply for the rest of the people because her mother is Autumn the manager who is never in the office and her son Landon doesn’t pay for his room constantly drunk screaming at his baby mother in front of there baby out side causing disturbances and never gets put out because his sister and mother is running things at the hotel and also constantly moving his rooms and no one else can please shut this organization of favorites down people deserve to be treated fairly by the upper management and Landon gets drunk and pulled his penis out and urinate in front of his room door for others to see and when he was reported his sister and mother Becka And autumn just moved him to another room for free as usual
Suggested solution:
I personally feel that Rhonda Harris should be promoted because she is the best fit to lead and will have hometowne studios at 11457 Chester rd in the best shape possible because she already is the person that most staff comes to for help and issues when there is a issue .please remove Becka and her Mother autumn because they are not doing whats best for hometowne studios like they are supposed to and if there going to keep using Rhonda Harris to get the job done then she should be the one with the job
