My complaint:

I ordered a pendulum clock( Style2-black) As soon as I received it I notified them via email that I received a style 1-brown clock. They asked me to send numerous pictures in various lighting and I did. You Can clearly see it is brown but they are insisting it is black. Then they finally after two days of going back-and-forth said that they have a post on their website which was never there prior to me ordering that the color black might not be pure black??? That was just posted after I complained of the color ..

I asked if I could have a refund and I would send the clock back if they would send me a return postage as I didn’t feel I should be charged for returning it. Or if they were just even exchange it and send me a black one again I did not want to pay for postage to return it as it was there fault for sending the wrong color. Very poor customer service and scamming.

Suggested solution:

They can refund 100% of my money and I can send Clock back at their expense. Or they can send me the black clock again at their expense no extra cost to me. Or I would even be willing if they took $80 off my bill and I’ll stain in the clock black myself. Thank you
