My complaint:
On July 7 2022 an entry of $326.40 was on my 7581 account, $296.41 and $29.99. On July 22 2022 3 e-mails was sent from Laura stating that the above amounts have been refunded from my 7581 account and my membership has been cancelled, which is was refunded. This account is closed.
I received my current 8085 statement with the date July 22 2022 and the same above amounts are on my new account. Why is this happening since everything has been cancelled per your 3 e-mails, how do we correct this error. I would appreciate you help concerning this matter.

Take the $326.40 from my account. I do not want a credit showing on this account.
