My complaint:
Please review Google Reviews for Chalice Cafe. The “blonde bartender”, Tanya apparently has a reputation known by customers as well as her coworkers for discriminatory behavior. I just witnessed her refusal to serve a woman of color because “you must order food to stay”. I am on my second drink, I have not been given an ultimatum to order food or leave however, I am white. I decided to look at the Google reviews and this is a clearly a pattern with Tonya that has been unacknowledged for quite some time. Why does a person like this still work for HMS?
Suggested solution:
The reviews left by guests that have experienced Tanya’s racism should be acknowledged and answered. Tanya should not be interacting with customers as representative of HMS
