My complaint:
I want to tell whoever is responsible for cancelling HLN News and the Morning News line-up on CNN that you made a big mistake! So unhappy, now I don’t even want to watch CNN. You can’t just change people’s morning reliable news without a lot of unhappy viewers. It’s hard to find a place to complain. But I’ll avoid the morning news on HLN streaming the same bad Morning News on CNN.
Suggested solution:
Communicate with your loyal viewers. Don't shut us out.
