Highrise complaint: Blocked account

On December 5, 2025, my account was blocked. I repeatedly submitted appeals, but they were rejected. It was clear that I was being responded to by an AI bot that was not addressing the issue. I provided as much evidence as possible, but I was simply ignored. Recently, the permanent block message was replaced with temporarily restricted access, and I wrote to the support team again, but I have not received a response for 16 days!! (The correspondence began on May 9) This is just terribly disrespectful, I ask you to finally give me back access to my account, because I have every right to it. If you don’t want to hear me again, I plan to go to court. The account’s nickname is _shy_bby_ . I will add some screenshots of my conversations with support here, I can provide additional information upon your request.
