My complaint:
Why are all the shows on HGTV hosted by White people? Also, all the new shows are being hosted by blonde women! Where is the diversity in selection of host for your shows? More then half of HGTV audience is non-white. There are great black designers and construction experts out there who should be given an opportunity. And select great designers who can be successful. Don’t just give it lip service, and say we tried, but they were not good enough. If not, you may find that HGTV will no longer be supported by half the population, non-white!
Suggested solution:
Select more great black people to host HGTV and be part of management. Not just a token.
