My complaint:
Unfortunately I was seen in the ER on 1222 in Waco @Providence due to miscarrying my baby. The health professions at Providence ER were phenomenal and took every measure to make sure I was healthy. I was told by the PA to see the Dr on-call which was Dr Baker at Waco Center for Women’s Heath (not my OB) by Christmas Eve. I call to make an appointment and have been pretty much told they will not see me for A WEEK! I have wonderful insurance and demanding that I be seen to get my labs redone to make sure my body has passed my baby naturally. I’ve NEVER dealt with such low compassion! I pray they’re never in my shoes… As if this situation isn’t bad enough.
Suggested solution:
To be contacted by someone higher up so they can handle their awful staff members.
