My complaint:
I made breakfast with clean bowl , but a hair which was in the cereal ended up in my mouth. Very distasteful indeed. I have very little hair so I know it came out of the cereal box. I should have expected the staff who work with food to wear a hair net.
Suggested solution:
The damage is done , but please ensure the staff wear something to prevent thi happening again. As to how you resolve this , You can’t. It has made me very unhappy with harvest morn products.
