My complaint:
Harrisons has still not taking down comments he is stating about one of our products. The comments have no backing and he has deliberately stated the name of our inverter as cheap Chinese product to benefit his own sales.
We had been told by Harrisons that this will be taking down over 6 months ago, we have since received a phone complaint from a customer on his comments on the quote, they have sent us this quote to look at which I have attached snippets for this. I believe that guys like this franchise owner from Harrisons are giving the solar industry a bad reputation and there is no room for this carry on in the industry.
Suggested solution:
Take the comments of his quoting template down and have him that this will never be put back up or their will be further consequences.
