My complaint:
I went through the drive thru and ordered my food, got to the window and the lady was not friendly at all. Took my card then handed it back. Said it was going to be a few minutes because of the hashbrowns. She came back to the window, handed me my bag and never once said a word.
Suggested solution:
They need to speak to her. I’m 50 years old and when I was 16 I work in fast food. We were to never be rude to our customers
