Hardees complaint: Received and Paid for the wrong order.

My complaint:

I visited Hardees on July 4, 2021, and was immediately told that only 1 cashier and 1 cook was working. Had a large order and was trying to work with the two employees that were there. Five monster sandwiches, an omelet, 2 breakfast combo, chicken waffle sandwich, 7 hash-browns, and other foods, My bill total to $57.69.

Not from there, we drove from Alabama to Camp Lejuene and from there to Jacksonville, NC. The people we visited served us breakfast on July 3, 2021, we wanted to return the favor.

We received our order, gave the cashier and cook $1.00 tip each. Arrived at our destination and realized that we had Not One Monster sandwich. Call and talked with the cashier, she said she knew the order was incorrect and invited us to come back to replace order or refund. A 20 minutes Drive. The next day was my son’ Birthday and we dined else where. After then we traveled back to Alabama over a 12 twelve hour drive. When I called Hardees and request for a gift card because I was not from the area.

Another manager was there and said they had no gift cards, and I can only redeem the Monster Sandwiches the next time I was in the area. What? That was the only thing they was going to redeem! So the cashier who took the order got on the telephone with a different attitude. Ain’t you going to be back? We can not help you Sweetie! I said, thank you, and hung up!

Suggested solution:

By sending a gift card or some type of Hardees Voucher, to replace the wrong order that Hardees employees put in the bag and gave to us.

P.S. They can keep the tip!
