My complaint:
I eat breakfast at the Hardee’s on west main every Sunday before church. The food is not very good but my main complaint is how rude the employees are to custo.ers. especially 1 man I think is the manager. No greeting no smile. If I ask a question he snaps at me. The other employees are not much better. If this is the example the manager sets no wonder the employees are the same.
Suggested solution:
Either get better employees or train these how to treat customers.
