My complaint:
I won a total of $1,100.00 online i was able to withdraw $100.00 to verify my account after waiting 48 hours and receiving my $100.00 I than tried making another withdrawal in the amount of $600.00 and $400.00 and thats when my issue began in not being able to receive my balance of $1,000.00…They have requested information MULTIPLE TIMES for me to verify my account which I have done so everytime and they continue to inform me that that info isn’t sufficient. Maybe I need hired a Lawyer.
Suggested solution:
They should resolve my complaint by paying me the balance that is owed to me in the amount of $1,000.00
