My complaint:

I shop at Hannaford on a regular basis but lately it seems every time I go in I run into an issue with pricing. Today when I shopped there was a sign for New England coffee for 2.99. It was scanning 5.99. When I went to the customer service desk I was told that it went off sale yesterday. I said then the sign shouldn’t be up. The girl at the desk said yes it is 5.99 now. I said well that’s not right. How many other customer have purchased it today thinking they were getting it for 2.99. She finally called a manager who told her to just give it to me for 2.99. What about your pricing guarantee? That is no more? Last week I bought juicy juice with my Hannaford just for you coupon. 75 cents off. DIDNT work even though I purchased the correct product. Previously 1.00 off yogurt. DIDNT deduct. I was told yeah we have had trouble with this coupon all week. It’s getting to be a struggle to shop at Hannaford and I find myself going to Shoprite more frequently with no issues.

That’s up to Hannaford. I think they will be losing valuable customers if this keeps up.
