My complaint:

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the treatment my pregnant wife and I received at your Häagen-Dazs cafe in Aphrodite Hills Kouklia Cyprus on 1 july 2023 at 11.35. This is not the first time that the manager of the cafe has demonstrated unprofessional behavior towards us, and we feel that it is important to bring this to your attention.
My wife, who is 36 weeks pregnant, walked for 15 minutes in the heat to your restaurant to buy an ice cream. When we arrived, the restaurant was open, music was playing, and the waiter greeted us and invited us to choose an ice cream. However, when the manager came out of the back room, he started shouting at my wife and was rude in response to her question about the opening hours. He claimed that he had not opened the place and that he would not tell her the hours. I am the manager, I decide when this place is open he arrogantly shouted at her.
This behavior was completely unacceptable, especially towards a pregnant woman who was simply trying to enjoy a treat. We feel that this type of behavior is not only unprofessional but also damaging to the reputation of your company.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and I feel that your manager’s behavior fell short of these expectations. I would like to request an apology from the manager and assurance that this type of behavior will not happen again in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide us with the opening hours of the restaurant so that we can plan our visits accordingly.
