My complaint:
This is social web site pretending to be job provider for the job seekerswant to change Job. The site employee says it’s a sister concern site of naukri.com , First get registration by nominal amount Rs 2814 then Divya madam handover to other employees mostly female staff then ask to come on line express procedure , finally get payments Rs 10015. This was done by puja madam
Then number of calls received from puja madam
by saying this is last payment refundable.then they switch over next page of procedures. This happens not in one day if you try to resist. They make regular calls insist to complete your profile
Persuing that we have to forward your profile to the recruiter this payment is last. I again transfer Rs12508 on 13092018 after number of times perused by Priya Malhotra madam the same day after some time one request came to complete the procedure again to close your profile, during the procedure she puja madam demanded Rs.10000 then I straight way asked to refund my amount,I do not want to continue refund my amount. It’s not possible till completion of procedure, so come on line follow the same procedure to generate cancellations id I follow the procedure but Priya madam told me maintain balance in your account to generate cancellation id. I maintained the balance follow procedure they try but system could not generate id. Then Mr Deepak Bharadwaj took over phone asked me there is trouble in feeding if you Do not mind give your mail id password. I will login follow procedure then he asked card details,I gave since the balance was less than 10000. After some time I got message they have debited my account by Rs3540 Rs3422 on 14 092018. I immediately contacted over phone asked Priya Malhotra madam instead generating cancellations id you have debited my account by Rs6962. She checked express sorry for wrong debit , She assured me to refund by adding this amount. She asked me to send details of my account for transferring by neft.Since next day the mobile was either switch off or out of coverage area for approximately 10 days. Then one call came by another number I immediately asked to talk Priya Malhotra . She Priya told me still your amount is not refunded . I asked her -no. Then again asked me to maintain balance to generate cancellations id. I straight way refused asked her to refund my amount immediately but they are reluctant.I received the call from mobile number 87508 89819 7310164582. In the mean time I sent mails for refund at info@grownaukri.com 2 to 3 times but no positive response yesterday they refused to refund till further 10000 is paid for generate cancellations id. I offered them to deduct it from my amount but they are not agreed. So I have reached on this concussion this is frodulent. Please initiate striengent action against these related persons who are cheating people get refund my amount Rs 32199.00
