My complaint:
I have prepaid service, and I am certain I’m being overcharged for my power.
Per Greystone, my total usage was:
102 on the 22nd
63 on the 23rd
56 on the 24th, and
92 yesterday
The temp outside has been stable, and I have my thermostats all set to ECO at 70°.
It’s just me at home, and all I have on is my TV.
Why the variations?
It seems like they just randomly select a number, and bill us the max they can.
I wish there was competition in my area.
It’s so unfair!
Suggested solution:
Charge consistently instead of randomly
