My complaint:
I changed my Energy supplier from British Gas to Green Star Energy on
18th September 21018 and up to now I have`nt received a bill as yet. I phoned several times to complain about it and every time I`ve been told they will resolved the problem but still no bills.
Suggested solution:
I want the company to send my bills. My wife and I are nearly 78 years old and we are very worried about how large the bills will be.
