Green Dot Bank complaint: Won’t send refund from account

My complaint:

Greendot closed my account for fraudulent activity
I sent them my identification , and because I dont have a utility bill in my name they want send me my refund. Like I told them I live with someone I dont have utilities..

Suggested solution:

Send my refund to the address they send my statements to that's also on my identification
