Complaint: Won’t let me get a replacement card or transfer money

My complaint:

So, I don’t have my log in info for my prepaid card because my ex changed the password, phone number and user id. I tried calling and using my account number to check balance, they said without phone number or password they couldn’t give me the information. I asked to talk to a supervisor and the lady on the phone told me I had to access my account on line!! I have had nothing but problems with this account.

Suggested solution:

The only way I see this being resolved is by transferring whatever money is in my account to a different account I have. I no longer want my money being transfered to this account. I am so thoroughly unhappy with their service! I just want my money and to not deal with their foreign outsourced be anymore.
