My complaint:
closed my account dont know why balence still on my card they didnt even try to get ahold of me before they locked my card they got me stranded with my 2 kids in a town we were passing threw on the bus that was all the money i had and they didnt
Suggested solution:
i just want my money off my card they keep taking the monthing fee but i cant get my money ive been dealing with this for over a year its long enough i need my money ty
