My complaint:
Last year my stimulus was deposited on my green dot card number ending in 9432.I wasn’t able to get a replacement card because I lost the card and don’t recall the card number (16 digits), plus I cannot get into my online account.
Now this year I checked with the IRS they said they deposited the 2021 stimulus in the same account as last year, again green dot will not send me a replacement card because I can’t recall the cards number.
Suggested solution:
By sending me a replacement card that my stimulus check was sent to, because I have more than one card it is difficult to request a replacement card without the 16 digit card number.
