My complaint:
After spending over 45 minutes on the phone with the supervisor who yelled and cursed at me and never did help me I have been left not knowing what to do or where to turn I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they for some reason deemed my question answered but obviously considering the fact and never got my $1,101.61 my questions are very unanswered. Between cash app and green. I have had the worst customer experience I have ever seen or heard of in my 39 years of living. I just want to know where my money is

I think that because cash up and greendot we're the only two Banks involved that they should contact each other find where my money went and make it accessible to me
