My complaint:
I have not received my card yet and they let someone take 201 dollars off my card then locked me out my own account. I just verify my identity and now they saying I have to do it again. I just got the card out the mail and they locked me out my account but let someone else take 201 dollars out my account
Suggested solution:
I need my card unlocked and I need my $201 dollars that’s pending to get put back on my card
