Green Dot Bank complaint: Tax return hostage and dead end phone numbers

My complaint:

They got my tax return 10 months late then labeled it suspicious and will not release my money after completing all the requirements they asked for, in addition to not receiving any government stimulus money all I get is dead ends on their phone numbers

Suggested solution:

Give me MY tax return it’s not theirs to keep
