My complaint:
I have never been so upset with a company. I have messaged many times only to be told I would have to call. I’ve called multiple times only to stay on the phone 2 hours at a time for third day in a row only hoping someone would answer in the dispute department. My account was stolen. I go to log on and I can’t. I get in the email and phone number have changed. I can’t get on. I call the number to check my funds and it says 0. I had a significant amount on the card.
Suggested solution:
First and foremost to close my account and return my funds. That would be the right thing to do.
