My complaint:
They stole my Cashback that I built through the past year $132 and the audacity to tell me it was because of too many overdrafts through the year!! And I have overdraft protection!! But account was in good standing at the time I should have received my bonus!! That is until they slapped me with a monthly fee to put me back in overdraft! Which I didn’t owe !!
Suggested solution:
BY GIVING ME THE MONEY THAT I EARNED THROUGH THE YEAR!
