My complaint:
I ordered a product on line using my Uber Visa card. After waiting several weeks for delivery I called to dispute the charges. The service rep did not want to file the dispute and only filed after I demanded. They still hassled me through the entire process. I will no longer use the card and will advise everyone I know to avoid your services. I do not think that the dispute was actually filed so I am contacting Visa directly.
