My complaint:
This is a scam! They owe me $100. I bought a card to send with my daughter on a 4th of July trip. I put $100 on it. She never used it. Wanted to purchase something online with it about a month ago. The transaction was declined. I tried to use it in a store, transaction declined. I tried to get cash out using it, transaction declined. Tried to look up my balance online, said my information wasn’t correct. Called to talk to someone, just an automated menu. Although, the information that I was told was wrong on the app worked just fine. Said my balance was $68. Only transaction were the monthly fees. So, they’ve charged me $7 a month for a total of $32 for a card I can’t use, and no way to talk to anyone about it. DO NOT GET THIS CARD. My next complaint will be with the BBB.
