My complaint:
I am a disabled father with small children I receive social security every month on time we’ll todar I check my account my deposit hasn’t been posted I immediately call us dept of treasury they informed that greendot or the bank for green Dot has my deposit I call green Dot they hung up ine 7 times finally after 10 more attempts n frustration I finally spoke with a gentleman who says he was the supervisor he was no help at all I believe greendot is holding my funds and a lot of other people to gain interest in the dollar this is unfair an unethical
Suggested solution:
Give me my funds and then I'll close my account once I receive my funds
