My complaint:

I closed my account in good standing on 01042021. I was informed my security deposit would be sent to more in 45 days which was the 11th of February. When it did not arrive I called again and I was told it was not 45 days yet. I earned a doctorate degree I can count! I was told it would arrive on the 18th of February so I called again on the 18th and I was told almost but not yet it will arrive next week? I never filed a dispute my payments were on time I paid my balance off in full and they owe me 1,203.45. I have filed with the banking commission, the attorney generals office and complain.bis

Suggested solution:

Immediately refund my security deposit
