My complaint:
I reported that I had not received a card sent to me. At that moment, the account Rep. told me they, they were going to d a takeover on my account. They assured me they would have a check to me in the amount of $527.32my direct deposit. I provided (via email ) of my Identity Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, Social Security, Commonwealth Edison and Northern Illinois Gas Co., Thirty days later 4920, a Rep told me they would have a check to my by 42320. Ten weeks later, GreenDot has not sent me a check, as promised, plus they leave me on hold for hours when I call Customer Service. I need my money, especially during these trying times of COVID-19, I appreciate your help and consideration.
Suggested solution:
GreenDot can resolve this Claim by sending a Check immediately in the amount of $527.32.
I also intend to contact the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau.
