My complaint:
My name is Johnnie Collett. I’ve been trying to get in touch but someone from the Green Dot Bank for months I have had no success. I have been calling the number 1866 795 796 9 can’t get through to anyone. Called again spoke with the lady she told me that I would get my money back no later than 7 to 14 days. It has been about three weeks now and I like to know where is my money. The lady I spoke with said she was going to cancel the card and send me the money by check. I can be reached at 970 689 8240.
