My complaint:

RE : claim SF-51044093

I purchased a Walmart Money Card on 02-16-21 at 8:15 am pst , at the time of purchase i loaded $390.00 to card , then went home and activated card online , well i thought i did .. i realized there might be a problem when i called to check if the $390.00 was on the card, and it would not go thru ,. that was at 10:00 am so after 7 hours talking to 5 Green dot agents i was told my information did not match , and i was told that card is no longer valid , Okay that same day i emailed proof of purchase and all they asked for .
SINCE THAT FIRST EMAIL I SENT , I HAVE ONLY RECIEVED ONE RESPONSE FROM GRNDOT.COM JUST SAYING THEY RECEIVED MY EMAIL. I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS REQUESTING AN UPDATE ON MY CLAIM , WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED

Suggested solution:

TO RETURN THE MONEY I LOADED TO WHAT CAME TO BE AN UNUSABLE CARD, THERE'S NO REASON FOR THIS DELAY , THE MONEY WAS LOADED BUT THE CARD WAS NOT ACTIVATED
