My complaint:
I opt in for 200 and used 70 dollars to feed my family they took $15 for that but little bills like Pandora for $5 hit my account they want $15 for that too I think they should not charge $15 per transaction that’s to much money. People trying to make it and they over charging us. I am going to get rid of this card that it was a good card had it for years. The less they can do is let you opt out on the first transaction and just charge the $15.
Suggested solution:
Make the card better and stop over charging people.
