My complaint:
had a question bout a charge. all i wanted was some clear understanding on a charge. had to go through misuse of my card to get to a live person. who in turn cut my card off and told me i would get a replacement one in the mail in 7 days. the next thing i knew was the charge was valid and the issue was close. now i cant get access to my money nor able to get passed the automative system to speak to a live person. all i want is my money. yall can keep your card. im a new customer and out the gate yall did me wrong,
