My complaint:
Greendot claims to make funds available as soon as deposited; however, I still don’t have access to my money which was deposited on the first. I called 2 times on 2 different days, and all I got was we’re aware of an issue with direct deposits but we don’t have a date when it will be resolved. Please continue ro check the app. I sent an email, no result. I need my money, especially since it’s the first of the month. Now I’m on the phone with dead air- I’m not hanging up until they talk to me.
