My complaint:
I called to resolve an issue about my 4 digit pin code, this call took place at 5:06 pm. I spoke to a rep by the name of josh, he wasn’t much help at all. I asked repeatedly to speak to a manager or supervisor and he wouldn’t connect me. I became frustrated due to the lack of help . He placed me on hold and then told me there were no supervisors or managers available. I dont want Green Dot anymore, this company is extremely complicated, and I was warned not to deal with this company, I should’ve listened. My problem was never resolved
Suggested solution:
They could've resolved my complaint by simply helping me or leading me in the direction to set up a new pin at that moment. I shouldn't have to wait for a new card to recieve my old pin, when I have a card already.
