My complaint:

Case: 38839016
I have been an inpatient since Jan 21, 2020 at a lockdown facility. My tax return was sent to an address that did not belong to me and was stolen. The thief spent my entire tax return. They then did an investigation of which they never contacted me for once.

I had to call them dozens of times. They did nothing to rectify the situation. They sent me a generic e mail stating the claim is not be disputed.

Suggested solution:

They should reverse every single one of those charges. I am a divorced father of two and lost any income during the Covid 19 Pandemic. They should reverse every one of those charges.
