My complaint:

I received a large lump sum back pay from my unemployment last week. Green Dot froze my account because of suspicious activity. I called and sent my docs to them they unfroze my card. 4 days later they did it again . I sent in the same docs from the first time. This time they closed my account and won’t let me access my funds. They said my docs were fake and I was a fraud. I am homeless as of tomorrow because of this. I need my money asap

Suggested solution:

Give me my money I can transfer it to my Chime card
