Green Dot Bank complaint: My dispute was on the 13th of July

My complaint:

My dispute was found I had a valid claim on the 13th of July the money was electronically sent back to turbo card issued by Green Dot Bank since then I’ve been told I have to wait 10 business days then it was another seven business days now today it’s turned into another 45 days when I was found to have a valid claim on the 13th of July and it should have been doing it over issued back my money then according to the vendor they hung up on me at least three times a day as I call I’ve asked to have their dispute cancelled in the money put back in my account immediately they told me they can’t cancel dispute I can’t ever talk to a supervisor and then I try to get calls back and that never happens I feel like I’m being robbed for $262.50 Green Dot Bank please help sincerely Casey Kimball

I feel I'm being robbed and I've done everything I can possibly do and my patients are about done I don't know where to go with this anymore any money is really hard right now I'm out of work I mean this money is food in my mouth and these guys are just mean. It's just playing around with it like it's there they don't care they don't give me no help I was found with a valid claim and I would like to have the money issued back to my account immediately thank you sincerely Casey Kimball my card 4189-5301-0299-7146
