My complaint:
My greendot account was hacked all my login info everything was changed i have my physical card still my social security card and id card to prove its my account i have 11,542 dollars in my account and its restricted and been closed i need my money back name address everything has been compromised and i need it fixed please.
Suggested solution:
Issue me another card to access my funds or mail me a check to my home address which is 1500 Bryant Way Apt B8 Bowling Green Ky 42103
On June 24, 2021 EXACT SAME THING TO ME AND THEY HAVE MADE ME JUMP THROUGH HOOPS ONLY FOR THEM TO SAY THEY WILL NOW NEED 45 MORE DAYS!!! Looks like their security system failed terribly and they are they hackers!!!!
Happened to me on July 24th! Someone hacked my account and sent themselves 955 dollars. I am also being told it’s 45 days, after being told it was originally 10 business days.
My account was NEVER verified when hacked into. I did not receive an email or text message notifying me someone was attempting to log into my account from another phone or computer. Yet, it would constantly ask me to verify my account on my cellphone.
