My complaint:

My unemployment was sent to a green dot card that I do not have or have and recollection too and I’ve been trying to contact green dot costumer service for the past month now and still nothing. In order for me to get what belongs to me the green dot back have to send it back to the government, but I can’t get in contact with them. They could at least email me back

They should resolve my complaint by sending my money back to the government so I can receive it on my own card
