My complaint:
Well they locked my card i sent them the pictures of my ID front and back of my card on 4 different occasions, they except my id but didn’t unlock my card through the app, when I go to app it won’t allow me to use it saying my account has been closed, the only way I can get my money off the card is through the app, prior to them locking my card, I always locked my card through the app.
Suggested solution:
They should allow me to unlock the card through the app, so that I can get my money then close my account, even if they can send me a check for balance thats remaining on my card would be cool with me, but to close my account, but continue to tell me my balance on my card every time I call kills me .
